Nominations for Committee Positions open Monday 3rd June 2013 and close 3pm Wednesday 3rd July 2013.
All positions will be vacated on the 12th July 2013.

Only financial members can stand for Committee positions, nominate,  second and vote.

Vale Margaret Dunn

It is with regret that we report the death of Margaret Dunn, wife of shed stalwart and Life Member, Geoff Dunn. Geoff is one of the original shed members and has played a key role in the establishment and operation of the shed since its conception.

 Geoff was our original treasurer and until he relinquished the position he was more than ably assisted by Margaret, or Margy as she was known to shed members, in the preparation of applications for grant moneys and in the set up, compilation and presentation of our early financial records.

Margy passed away on 13th February, 2013 after a long bout with cancer. To Geoff and his family the members of The Entrance Men's Shed offer their sincere sympathy and condolences.

Last night Roy Webb, John Burgess and Bob Ihlein attended the draw of the Rotary Club of The Entrance Inc. raffle.

First prize of a $3000.00 open order with Flight Centre donated by Mingara was won by W. Browning ticket no 9784,

Second prize bed and breakfast for two at Quay West Magenta Shores A. Graham ticket no 22165,

Third prize two night's accommodation at Allamanda Retreat L.Gilmore ticket no 10058 and

Fourth prize small appliance pack Retravision The Entrance R. Shermen ticket no 10686.

We received a cheque for $856.00 for the return of of our ticket sales.

This was the 29th year the Rotary Club of The Entrance has conducted the raffle where all the funds  raised selling tickets is returned to the the seller.

This year the amount raised through the raffle., just under $40,000.00, was returned to the Central Coast community.
